The present General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between Louvreuse, a Simplified Joint Stock Company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 810 643 379 and whose registered office is located at 40 avenue Bosquet 75007 Paris hereinafter referred to as Louvreuse and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the louvreuse.com website, hereinafter referred to as the customer.


Prices are in euros, all taxes included except postage for deliveries abroad. Louvreuse may change its prices at any time without notice but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability of the said products.


Confirmation of the order implies acceptance and full knowledge of these general sales conditions. When the command is validated, it becomes irrevocable. The order form is registered on the computer registers of louvreuse.com and will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between Louvreuse and the customer. An email confirmation of the order is sent to the customer at the time of validation.


Payment is made by credit card using a secure payment protocol. The payment process implies that the customer declares himself the holder of the bank card used for payment and confirms the accuracy of the abovementioned information.


Louvreuse communicates by email the confirmation of the registered order. Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of five working days. The product is shipped by the postal circuit. Louvreuse can not be held responsible for delays of delivery caused by the occurrence of events of force majeure as well as strike. The cost of participation in the shipping is offered for deliveries in France and paying for Europe and the rest of the world.


All items can be exchanged or refunded on the current season only available on the Louvreuse website. The customer has a period of seven working days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the parcel. He must return the products in perfect condition to the following address:

Louvreuse can not be held responsible for the disadvantages or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular in the event of a breach of service, malice or external intrusion.


These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Paris.
